Specific features of the solution included:

  • Migration of several million records to the new system.
  • Integration with a Hopewiser Solution for address lookup and automatic provision of geography dependant data.
  • Integration with Avaya Phone System.
  • Integration with Live Earth to automatically display broker locations in relation to client companies.
