CRM Workflow
Workflow is a system within CRM that allows you to automate your business processes and ensure consistent delivery.
A simple example might be:
When a new lead is created, automatically allocate it to the appropriate sales person based on region, send an acknowledgement email and schedule a follow-up call 2 days later.
Workflow rules like this are simple to set up and ensure that your processes are delivered everytime.
