Once our team have implemented your CRM system, we can also provide training for your staff on either a one-to-one or small group basis.

Our dedicated team of Microsoft certified CRM engineers are on-hand 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for support, ensuring that you are never left on your own. In addition to providing user assistance and break-fix support for our customers, we are also able to provide training remotely. The remote assistance technologies which we use allow us to take control of customer systems quickly and easily, allowing our engineers to understand and resolve issues efficiently.

As well as supporting existing customers, we are also able to provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM support and assistance to businesses with an existing Dynamics CRM implementation, on either an ad-hoc or contract basis.
